As I revisit this client’s journey through the True Purpose coaching process, one that was done in tandem with the Flower Essences, I am able to vividly see the support the essences provided, potentizing and integrating the benefits that come from conscious alignment with a clarified Purpose.
Only in passing had I seen images of Irene’s art (we have common internet friends), her remarkable colors and flowers really catching my eye. So it was a joyful surprise and an honor to receive her for the True Purpose Coaching journey!
This coaching process is unique in that we are called to receive clarification on our Purpose by communicating with our own Higher Guidance.
In Irene’s case, it was clear to me that our starting point had to be the selection of precise flower allies to nourish her fuller alignment. I think you will understand why, and like me, you will be amazed at how vividly all of this unfolded.
Selecting flower essences to support her Journey
The selection process was intuitive: the chosen flowers showed themselves in a clear pattern that matched her stance and journey. The design of the formula itself was clearly intentional: the Blue Flag Iris in the center, the Green Flowers below connecting her deeply and fully with the Earth, and the two flowers above aligning her with Guidance and Cosmic forces.

Mountain Angelica – Helping her feel the presence of High Angelic forces; attuning to the Higher Levels of her Purpose, Calling and Action
Mountain Forget-Me-Not – Receptive clarity in connecting with Higher Guidance to clarify and align with her Purpose
Blue Flag Iris – Embodying the Fullness of her Inspired and Creative Soul Presence, leading to Purposeful creative action
Green Bells of Ireland – Being a receiver who fully embodies the consciousness of Nature, of plants and their messages, while also clearly sending forth their messages, healing and beauty
Green Rose – Aligning her Heart with the larger body of the Earth
Essence
Irene started taking the essences and was invited to follow a series of steps. For this process, our Purpose is unpacked into four major aspects: Essence, Blessing, Mission and Message, with Blessing being expanded in further work.
As the process began, in one first night as she was going to sleep she vividly felt the presence of an Angelic being very close to her, a young non gender being, that showed himself to her through a presence of color. And this was a very specific color: her light blue green turquoise!
He showed he is always close to her, and said he helps her receive messages from Higher Sacred Sources. She called him Angel Friend.
Here she clearly felt she was being shown the color of her ESSENCE, that had already been shown to her in dreams.
Ever since she was a little kid she used to draw a lot, and it was this color crayon the one that would always finish first. Her Angel Friend showed her how this color is related to those who are bringers of Peace, Calm and Tranquility.
Once she was given her full Purpose questions, already impacted by the essences, in a similar way she connected again with this presence, and felt much more information flowing through, now with more clarity.
Green Akasha, the presence conveyed to her, is the Soul Group you are part of. This made her remember the connection she felt a year earlier, when picking a specific Buddhist symbol. She goes back to it, the Green double Vajra of which she had made a drawing, and reviews its meaning. She was not familiar with the exact meaning of the word Akasha, so she had to look this up. It became clear that these are transformative, healing and pacifying presences.
She told me it felt like what she already knew intuitively was being confirmed, and she was feeling more interconnected end empowered from within. All kinds of synchronicities were happening, messages coming to her through meetings, occurrences, signals, more than ever before. Her clairsentience had clearly been enhanced.
She realized that while she was not having striking “mystical experiences” , like suddenly hearing a voice or having a vision, she was being given understanding and information more subtly, in a continuum, very much like in her usual creative life. But now it was more present, more embodied.
She was touched and felt confirmed being shown / seen by the Spiritual plane, her ESSENCE Self described as an emanation of the bluegreen turquoise of Peace, Love and Harmony.
Blessing
A very important aspect of our fourfold Purpose is our Blessing, that describes our unique impact, the unique transformative blessing we offer.
Irene was shown by her Angel that her Blessing is one of healing through her hands and heart, through her joyful presence and through her art.
She felt called to revisit childhood drawings (of which she has a multitude) and found one that clearly shows her inter dimensional connection with Angelic forces. Flowers were in it as well… when she was just five years old.
She was shown how her Blessing expresses itself in daily life, as she tends to her mother’s wounds or listens to a friend or acquaintance who is disturbed. And how though her heart and hands this soothing and pacifying healing is offered, easing wounds that can be both physical and emotional.
This healing that comes through the heart and hands also flows through to all her crafts, cooking, an of course, through her art.
For the last 7 to 8 years, in a striking way, Irene had been continuously drawing flowers, her art expression and images always coming from the gardens, orchards and from the wild nature, as flowers, plants and color.
She was shown how she emanates ease, lightness and joy through her presence, through colors and how this healing that flows through her brings forth the healing beauty of plants and nature!
In a special way, she was told that the way she uses color is a blessing that brings joy to those who see it, the harmony and musicality of her tones bringing wellness to those who interact with it.
Being shown all of this was humbling, but it was also confirming and highly motivating: now she knows it is a higher motivation what propells her.
Throughout her life, she always felt strongly called to express herself through her art. But forwarding her art as a career had been something she had done with much reluctance: she never wanted to act moved by ego or vanity.
Somewhere within her there was this yearning for sharing more openly, but here she became acutely aware of just how much this inner reluctance had stopped her from taking action towards bringing her work out.
But all of this was about to change, so make sure you read this to the end!
Mission
Mission in the True Purpose process refers to an aspect of our Purpose that while often done individually, is also related to a similar Mission shared amidst a whole Soul Group.
Her Mission was clarified as one of helping to ease resentments, anger, suffering and disharmony, bringing Peace and also bringing Truth = Verdade in Portuguese.
Irene was clearly aligned with the message of the Green Rose!
Again and again the words Verde (for the Turquoise light green) and Verdade that in Portuguese means Truth were highlighted.
Her mission is related to being a bringer of clear Truth.
Message
In the TP framework we understand that some of us are Messengers, who have an articulated verbal message to share with the world, and others share their Message in different, and sometimes unique ways.
Irene was shown that her Message impacts more people in healing ways, as her art finds its place ensouling people’s homes and public places.
People tell her how they feel joy in the presence of her art, how their homes now feel like they have Soul. One client shared the scene (with photo) of a baby giggling in laughter while gazing at one of her paintings.
But she knew there was more to be done. For quite some time she had felt strongly called to have her works displayed where more people could see them, but she repeatedly found herself blocked when attempting to move towards this goal.
Her True Purpose coaching process was coming to an end and she felt more strongly aligned with her Higher Purpose. She felt stronger and aligned with her calling, with the flower essences really helping this fuller embodiment of her Purpose.
By the end of our process she met a gallery owner with whom she found a true affinity of values. With his help and other new connections, she found precise support to apply towards having her work shown in public exhibits and events.
Her new gallery owner invited her to have her work be part of a larger exhibit in a Museum in São Paulo, Brazil, where she lives, and now her art will also be shown in yet an international show online for art galleries, one with a wide worldwide reach.
Before the Pandemic shutdowns, her works were shown as part this one Museum exhibit, while elements of her art were also applied to the external walls of that building. When the lockdown came, people who walk or drive by are impacted by the colors and message emanating from her art, as it is dressing the outside of the building for everyone to see.
A large panel of her work was also commissioned to be displayed inside the Metro / underground station, this one a healing celebration of sexual diversity.
We met again after a year that she had gone through this process.
Irene told me how she now feels confirmed and moved by the her Purpose and has no more hesitation around bringing her work forth. She knows that what moves her, at its core, is something bigger than her individual desires, put into form through her own sense of beauty and harmony.
She knows she is here in service, and feels great ease in sharing in even more diverse ways that can find their place to heal and inspire people’s lives. Her art is sold through international galleries online and yet another online gallery, and you can follow her on Instagram and watch her art blessing more and more individuals and public places around the world.
